Track Rules

***Must read and sign waiver of liability***

Place all refuse in supplied containers

No consumption of alcohol or drugs

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Pets must be on leash and owners must clean up after them

All spectators and racers stand and remove head gear for the playing of the national anthems

Racers

Must have a valid driver's license

Must wear safety equipment

Seat belt

Helmet  Snell 2010 minimum if running 8.99 seconds or faster in 1/8th mile

Harness and SFI jacket if vehicle has roll bar

SFI jacket and pants  harness, window net if vehicle has roll cage

SFI jacket, pants, shoes, gloves, harness, and arm restraints if running dragster or open altered

Drivers running 6.4 seconds or faster must have a completion license

Must attend driver meeting before racing

Bike and sled drivers must wear 2010 Snell rated helmet, race leathers, boots and gloves

***Need parent/ guardian signature if under 18***

No dumping any coolant, oil, or fuel on the ground

Leave pits as clean as you found them

If you break or develop a leak coast to side of track and stop to minimize delays caused by oiling track

***These rules are intended to ensure the safety of racers and spectators***

Technical:  Race Vehicles must pass a safety technical inspection   Vehicle must have secure battery hold down

No loose items inside vehicle

Belts, hoses, fuel lines and brake lines must be in good condition

Brake system in good working order

No fluid leaks

Must have coolant overflow reservoir (no anti-freeze in cooling system please )  

Must have safe wheels and tires with all wheel studs and nuts securely fastened

Drive shaft loop if running slicks

Roll bar and current harness if running 7.3 seconds or faster in 1/8th mile

Roll cage and current harness, window net if running 6.4 seconds or faster in 1/8th

Dragsters and open altered arm restraints required  

If vehicle races at NHRA or IHRA sanctioned tracks, the sanctioning body safety rules will apply

Race Vehicles must display car number that is on registration form clearly  on windshield, drivers side window and rear window
